In A&E got bad

I been last few days really bad with the voice in my head went to see doctor see was very worried so got me up at hospital so up here now

I'm sorry you're in the ER. It's not my favorite place to be. I always want to get there as quickly as I can and then go home as quickly as I can. What have they done for you or told you ? Do you have a plan or treatment yet ? Do you ever share what this voice says ? Do you believe it ? Let us know how you get on. A nice big hug is sent your way. Pam

The voice is there all the time telling me to hurt myself myself and not believe anyone

Hang on in there Lyndseyhot. I still think the right meds with help you. The voice sounds horrible. I can only imagine how disturbing it is for you. Please know that this voice is wrong. It is telling you to do the wrong thing. I think you know that but it must be so very hard for you.

Hang on in there. You are doing well. Just keep going and don't believe the voices. The meds will control that ie stop it when you they get them right.
