I’ve decided to quit my meds after being to hungry all the time. Just want to share that so far I’ve had no withdrawals. I have read 100s of horror stories about going cold turkey, brain zaps? Bad tummy, headaches etc, the list went on!!!! Feel totally fine, so fingers crossed. I’ll keep you posted.

You went cold turkey? Yeah, I got brain zaps from withdrawing Effexor.
It can be dependent on the dose you are on, how long you have taken the drug. Some medications can be kinder than others.
Time off the medication can come into play.

I was on 2 a day 35mg slow release. Cut myself down to 1 a couple of weeks ago. Had none for 3 days now 
Oh, only been on that particular drug a few months though
