Taking time off of work

I have the next week off. Which is both good and bad. Good because I'll be able to work on my mental health. Bad because I'll be alone a lot and that's worse for my mental health. I just wish I could feel 'normal'..

Well who knows what normal is ? I'm sure I don't and I think it's highly over rated anyway. I know there is a big difference between choosing to be alone and having it thrust upon you. I relish the times I am alone and the freedom that entails. I can get up at noon, stay in my nightgown all day, eat all my meals out, or order in and binge watch Netflix. It's heaven. Try putting a different spin on it and see if it helps. Have a slumber party. Pam

My nightgowns are so modestly old ladyish I could wear them to meet the Queen.
