Feel good.

I have had a very productive day today. I've noticed that when I'm busy especially over the weekend. I'm able to focus on the things which I have planned out for the day. I've done house chores which can take a few hours. I've also cooked an evening meal for the family. Now I feel a sense of achievement. I am on day 4 on reducing the medication.

Awweee so good to hear :)

You have recognised strategies that work for you by keeping busy and enabling yourself to be self focused . it is a huge achievement to be able to feel good in yourself and to be able to recognise how well you are doing and what your able to manage .

Am really proud of you for posting how positive your day went ;)

Give yourself a massive pat on the back ... and keep going forwards.. every step counts . Doesn't matter what others think or if they judge you - what matters is your health happiness and well being for YOU and YOUR beautiful family xx

Happy to talk xx
