Taking a mere five-day break from Facebook lowers stress levels
Very interesting.
I deactivated my face book account well over a year ago now.
I felt it was making me feel worse and affecting my mental health.
When those around me found out I had deactivated, their reaction to it was one of shock and I almost felt I’d done something wrong in lots of their eyes. I stuck to my guns and stayed off there, it was difficult at first as it was very habit forming and I did for the first month find myself popping on , in the odd occasion to check it out then deactivating again after a quick check. I soon got used to not even bothering to check it out. I Honestly felt better for it. I don’t miss it now.
I realise for some it has some good uses and if used correctly then could be a useful tool, in my opinion it’s mostly not used well and can make people feel bad...I’m glad I’m not on there anymore, that’s just my thoughts
I disconnected two years ago. One of the best things I have done!
Hello MAS

Have a nice holiday Bob x
I have a Facebook page, I have kept it although I never find anyone I am looking for.
Keep saying will take it down, although I would miss all those attractive women, girls trying to be my friend. It makes a sixty seven year old Man very happy although a little confused ??? Lol
BOB
This made me smile Bob 😊 x
Took mine off and I’m going to try to keep it off. But I’ll miss the memes!!!
