Hi everyone. I hope you had a good long weekend and enjoyed the sun.? Mine started really well then went downhill.
Does anyone ever feel as though they’re not in their bodies, it’s weird, like I don’t feel real as if I’m watching myself but I’m not in my body. I don’t know if it’s the meds (150mg Venlafaxine) or if im going crazy or if my brain is just full up

I think that's called dissociation, it's an involuntary response to stress, sometimes from medication, or low energy/hormones.
my favorite grounding exercise goes as so: 4 things you can see, 3 things you can touch, 2 you can hear. will bring you down to earth and back to focus.
more resources online if you need it, be sure to use the keyword "dissociation". find healthy coping methods online.
