The final thing for me to take care of is deleting Facebook and Instagram. Too much PERFECTION, digitally enhanced lost souls looking for gratification.
I'm gony do it the old fashioned way.
1. Eliminate negative people
2. Wake up early.....true force is needed.
3. Take time to plan my day by, drink pint of water and maybe breakfast. A routine is important.
4 Go out and try and do a positive thing for myself. Walking for 15 minutes less/more.
5. Engage in what I'm good at. Maybe to a bit of artwork or fix something in house that needs attention.
6 no self pity, we are alive and fortunate even with the problems I have I can learn slowly to turn my pain into my motivator.
7 positive thoughts should really start before sleep and after I get out bed. I'm worth it.
8 It is my birth right to be strong and happy, I am in control of how I feel.
9 read or watch something inspiring.
10 do it all again Tomorrow.

You know I'm going through a rough patch at the moment and it seems to me your plan would be a god thing for me to try. In a life that's gone wildly unstable I could use some structure. Thank you for the timely post. Really this is a very doable plan. pam
hi sweetiepye, i think its doable. its an aim. in this very unstructured society i still need my guidance and i may not follow it strictly but i do get some peace. I was off track there but i can go back on before i get really miserable. its my moral duty. we will get there. my phone was nicked and brought back to me broken and I am trying to accept this and move on. I was actually getting somewhere with my studies and am postponing now because i need to remove negative sources from my life and find it hard because the latter is my son. Do i let him with his issues drag me down too. he is nearly 19 and has to ask the right people for help cuz im not strong enough to do it, a horrible situation to be in as a mother but i cannot fight alcohol issues he must do that on his own, i signposted him and i am powerless over the choices he makes. im going to try and drag myself to shower and go to support group tonight to get some strenghth in me!
Cara78, I deleted my Facebook Account a couple of years ago and probably one of the best things I did.
Facebook (my mum calls it "2-Facedbook", "Bragbook" amongst other things) is really good if you have say, relatives on the other side of the world. Posting nice messages of "hello" and seeing photos of children grow up etc are one of the good things about Facebook. But when you are feeling low, the last thing you want to see is how great other people's live are, making you feel even worse. (I dont believe half of these folk even DO have great lives). Cant understand why people need to post "selfies" of themselves and sit back and wait for the (false) compliments to roll in??...I've got mirrors in the house. I know when I look good and when I look like crap!!....So many conceited people now where there never were before!!
Someone I know last week posted a photo of herself standing beside "My Brand New Four by Four Car!!""......It was stolen and set alight the following night and was all over our local paper the next day!! So sad, but maybe if she hadnt posted it all over "Boastbook" then it would not have happened. Get rid of Facebook!!
Reading proper books is great for you too. Takes you into a totally different world. I love all things Tudor. Anything to do with Henry VIII and his six wives. Totally fabulous and fascinating although I dont think I would have like to have worked in his Court!!!...Look at him the wrong way and your head would have been off quick-smart.
Turns out my phone has to be fixed because water got into it and i am not as quick on a laptop with screen of 17 inches! I guess i am bringing bringing myself back to the simplicity of living. I am best keeping busy and productive, win each time. My list is exhaustive (laughing) but simple in grand scheme of things. I bet the Tudor days were strict ones as it had to be pronounced correct on my laptop. I feel it is media in general i need a break from however i enjoy these posts i discipline myself on how long i am online for.
I often think about the way life was more simple before technology took over. It was much better back then in my opinion. This is the only forum I use now, every other social network is gone and I don't miss them one bit. I use mobile phone in work but at home it's not touched.
Yeah I guess it's guidance but difficult for me to stick to but it's there anyway. We all have ideas and inspirations that help us, I must have been very focused that day lol. Goodnight people.
