Every day is a struggle

Hi every one , I'm just saying hello to you all , I can't wait for the winter to be over ! This weather done me in , it's a struggle to get going every day , and I no how hard it is with mental Heath , have a good day all

Hi Mashmellow! This weather does make everything feel so much gloomier. To anyone struggling I recommend the sunrise alarm clocks, it feels much better to wake up to a bit of light or the SAD lamps you can get, the light gives me a lift straight away

The weather has been so cold in the UK , though today it was milder and a nice change. The bad weather does get anyone down I think. Sometimes it is so cold I don't want to go in my bathroom and get cold whilst taking a bath and when it is really cold my mood seems to follow the weather. Wrap up warm and stay well. X

Agree. I am looking forward to warmer weather. If I could stay inside and hibernate during the winter I would.
