Hi Mary

Sorry that you are having such a tough time. Hating yourself comes with depression I think. Doesnt mean that there is any reason to hate yourself. Just the depression telling us irrational things. And Im sure you are not in the way at all. Are there things that you can do to take your mind off the suicidal thoughts? When we feel we hate ourselves that is the most importanat time to show ourselves as much love as possible imo. Please look after yourself, treat yourself to stuff that you enjoy (whether say nice meal or walk in park or dvd or phoning a freind), and remember that this tough period will pass and things will get better.

Hello Mary sorry to hear you are feeling this way, is there anybody close to you that you can talk to who is a good listener. Never ever feel your in the way because I can assure you your not. Please if you haven't speak to your doctor and tell them how your feeling, and they can decide what medication best suits you so never give up, there are people out there who can help you, so please reach out for it. Take good care of yourself and hang on in there.
