I'm tired, im utterly tired at this point. I've tried for so long I've told myself things will get better, things aren't getting better and there's no one to help me. I'm useless and worthless and i hate myself so much. I don't know what to do now I'm lost.

I don't know.
Hi,
I see you were given advise from some of the community a couple of months ago. Have you tried any of the suggestions, because I couldn't see a reply from you to that post.
You can get better, but it would be helpful to know what you've tried for us to be able to make further suggestions.
Have you spoken to your GP and what have they done for you?
Are you seeing a therapist and if so how is that going?
Do you have a friend or family member or a someone you can talk to?
You are not useless or worthless and you can learn to like yourself again. I was in that place and I know it is not easy to get out of that place, but it can be done. I got help from my doctor and when I felt able to I was able to speed up my progress by trying out various techniques to enhance and improve what I had learned from the work I did via a CBT program, a stress control class and my sessions with a psychologist. I work on my health and mental stability. Every day is a new day and some days are better than others.
It is possible to get through this.
Let us know what you have done and what questions you have,
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Take care.
Thank you. It's so nice knowing there's at least someone here to listen to me. I've tried a playlist for music and it helped for a bit but now it makes me upset and i don't know why. Everyday just seems to get worse and worse and my parents don't care at all, i wish they did but they don't so i can't do anything about that. I don't have any coping mechanisms apart from self harming, it just makes me feel better i suppose.
Hi, You need to find some professional help in your area. I am sure you parents do care, but are really just worried about you and don't know what else to do.
Please speak to your GP and find help. You will find some good information on the Shaw Mind Foundation website with regards the type of help that is available. The also have a good resources section that has good information.
Playlists are good for calming you or making you feel less lethargic, but you may need to set up a couple so that you can pick and choose what you need. Also if is important that you look into other techniques to use along with the play list. You need to look into techniques that will help you build up your self-confidence, help you sleep and also help you identify situations that make you feel negative and how to respond to these situations.
You can do this, please speak to someone.
Take care.
