Contacting admins for help

Is there someday we can email all admins a the same time? So that we can alert them to someone needing support and find out if anyone is online and able to help us out?

Hi Sarah the admins only work part time on here and I hope Shaw/Health Unlocked is sorting that out.

There should be someone working at HU so you can mail them directly. To do this go into the help option under Support. x

Refer them to the crisis support helplines in the pinned posts. There will be someone available there who will be able to help them.

Hi iam worried I've hep b my ex boyfriend and I'd unprotected sex he knows that I've chronic hep b yet he refused to use protection he said if I get it I get it he buried his head in sand refused talk about it and said to me u haven't got it a few weeks ago he smashed his hand into glass picture ended up a an e were he got eleven stitches and routine bloods two weeks later he received letter fr his doctor asking him to make app to see him iam worried sick that they have found something in his routine blood tests he refused to listen to me wen I told him that I was worried in case they'd found something in his blood test he tore letter up now I am left worried and destressef

having read your other posts I think it is important to focus on you and getting yourself well. Everyone makes their own decisions and hard as it is they will have to manage the consequences of those decisions. He may be frightened and not be ready to deal with it yet, hopefully he will contact the gp to get the blood tests results when he feels calmer and able to deal with it. you are your responsibility at the moment so focus on how you can get yourself into a stronger place and let him seek support from others for himself.

Today iam really trying so hard and I don't want to lie down even though iam tired if I give in to this black dog it will swallow me up so I've got try be bigger than my black enemy and take my life back I no I can't be responsible for him now I realise its me I've got to look after iam number one not him and I want me back so iam on a journey long road but I will make it I have to but biggest I want to xx
