Disappointed member of health unit

I post something but unfortunately nobody come to help me ,its look like health unit members are selfish, self-centered. Its make me big disappointed that nobody wanna help me here or anywhere!

I understand Saad you are trying to loose weight, so you need to stick with that

Only you has the means to change yourself and move onto a better place. You need to be more positive in your outlook on life and be patient and understanding of those people who know you, it would seem you need to be trying to correct past errors and that can be hard.

If you are Depressed go and see your GP and explain how you are feeling a course of CBT, and CPN may help you make changes to your outlook and move yourself on.

See your GP, make a list of your Problems and that will mean you will utalise the time allocated to get your concerns across.

Hi this is not a health unit and I wonder if you have the wrong idea of what a site like this is. There are no medical professionals on here, just fellow sufferers who also have their own issues. Replying to others is purely voluntary and many don't. Fortunately there are enough on here to kindly take the time and effort to try and help others. None of us have to and none is us are paid for it.

This is a support site only to chat with fellow sufferers and we all help and support each other. There is lots of info on here and also links to access more help. More than that is beyond the remit of this site I'm afraid.

If you need more support than this I suggest you contact your doctor or counsellor. x

Ps this is exactly the same with all the other sites under HU including the weight loss one too.

Hi Saad619, welcome to the forum. I am not sure what the health unit is. Lilaclil has explained the aims and remit of this forum.
