Hello Jorna, I think there are still lots of volunteers and unselfish people in the world and its sad if you're not coming across these. I think its also true that going back about 80 years to after WW2, so many were relieved to have just come through it, people were slightly less greedy, and happy to have anything and probably slightly nicer.

Now 3 generations on some few people at the top of the tree are so overpaid and greedy ,and we hear so much more about them with modern communications, that sometimes the world seems as you describe it. Bankers,politicians both local and national and many other professions now have lower standards and we hear more about them. I'm a pensioner and I do believe the world , at least in the UK, is much tougher now for young people than it was when I was young.

However I doubt that human nature has changed that much, and although its often not wonderful, there are still plenty of good guys around. The trick would be to make sure we were governed by the competent good and no human society has ever worked out how to ensure that for long if at all. Perhaps the Japanese, Tibetans, and Cubans have come closest, although the Japanese only employed it in house. It was n't too pleasant being a neighbour of Japan for most of history. The Amish and Quakers are only small groups but they seem to get it fairly right.

Quite a lot of social insects manage it ,I've never heard of a termite called Hitler, or an ant called Donald Trump, but even they give their neighbours problems.. Makes you think eh.?

Yes I completely agree, the morals of the world rulers are shit, woman should run the government puppet's then no one would argue as woman Will just chat the war away
