I am so sad all of the time. I suffer with anxiety depression and panic attacks. The PA's can occur at any time for no reason, even in the middle of the night. I am on medication and seeing someone for cbt.

Hi Jillymazda welcome to the site. As a new member can I ask you to familiarise yourself please with the 'Community Guidelines' which you will find on the right under pinned posts. Thank you. x
Thanks for the welcome. I read the CG's. Have I done something wrong?
No Jillymazda. We ask every new member to read the T and C as a matter of course. It's nothing personal and your post was fine. You would be surprised how many don't read them, then complain if they transgress site rules and are pulled up by the admins!
A good example of this is the part about under age members - we do seem to get quite of few of them and you have to be a minimum of 16 to post on any HU site. Unfortunately they often get replies from others so ensuring everyone has read the site rules helps protect minors as this is a site for adults only.
You are very welcome on here and it's always good to meet new members. I am sure you will be a valuable addition. Bev x
Phew!! Thank goodness for that. I am well past my sell by date!
Aren't we all? Bev x
I'm new & the support is good. Thanks everyone. G
Hi Jily,
Have you considered your own little action plan to help with your condition?
Taken from other posts; here is a plan where each day you do a little more of the activities that will you help you to cope with depression and anxiety:
- Write about your anxieties in a journal. Use as many words as possible to describe what you feel and what you think is the cause. Pretty soon you should be seeing patterns especially how you can change your thought process into something more positive.
- Exercise
- Keep hydrated
- Eat as much fresh food as possible and keep away from sweets. Protein will give you the right amino acids and energy.
Hope this helps?
