It's Sunday today. Just another day to battle through until bedtime. Just like any other day, apart from the shops aren't open to provide us with a little distraction and face-to-face human interaction.

Wow I did not even know the day haha .. Depression for you .. The days r just moulded into one big time bomb I guess

Yes I have had yet another sleepless night .. I awoke from a quick drift off thinking that I should of done things differently and not done things for other people .. Now is time to change that and do things for me ..

Thank you Angep and I hope you have a lovely day. It's blowing a hoolie here today so a walk would definitely get rid of some cob webs! I'm going to try and keep myself busy today and I must try to venture out into the back garden and re-fill my bird feeders which I've been neglecting recently!

According to the outside thermometer in my back garden, it's 12 degrees Centigrade out there this morning! Shame about the wind though. The birdies have been fed again, at long last, phew!
