I have a doctor's appointment on Tuesday. I am looking to try and get some sick leave so I can see if this helps and also seek some psychiatrist help? Or what is available to me to start to medically deal with my bipolar I'd that is why it is?

What do I say to the doctor what is it I need to say if anyone has any experience

You are very welcome.

They should have you on your medications to help by now. That would possibly help when you see the Psychiatrist

Thank borederiver .. really scared about the doctors and going off sick if he agrees ... But I really hope I can get referral to mental health specialist
