I've not been on here for a few weeks. Last time i was here I was feeling really low about not getting the job I wanted, but since then I have been to see my GP and they increased my medication which has helped A LOT. I'm feeling like I can manage my thoughts and feelings much better, and I have been doing lots of crafting and painting. I've decided that I want to train to become a tattoo artist as I have already worked as an illustrator for years so that is what my goal is at the moment. I have also booked onto a Managing Depression course at the Recovery College which starts in January, finally feel like I'm making steps in the right direction to get better.

Sounds interesting. Re art and crafting. It's a sort of meditation and therapy in itself.

Man with a hammer. Made me a dark room years ago. Best grief therapy I could have had. Wasn't so much the product as the process.
