Hi, Are you a newbie? If so welcome. I need a little more information. Are you over 16 years of age? If not there are other more age appropriate sites. Have you been diagnosed by a Doctor and have you tried therapy? What can I help you with? There are so many of us on site going through similar issues/ There is plenty of support and understanding available . Pam
