Maybe a day or so in bed might help?
Do you have anyone you can visit and talk to?
Maybe getting out and taking your mind off of it rather than closing yourself off and stewing might be helpful?

understand the feeling completely. Do you have anything around the house that needs doing?maybe put some good music on and have a dance/sing and do a bit of cleaning- I personally find it quite therapeutic but that may be just me. I know it isn't the most thrilling thing but it can take your mind off of things. Can I ask why you feel low? Also, laying in bed and having lazy days is okay in moderation but make sure you're looking after yourself like staying clean and eating well.
