Hi Coomberland17,
Welcome to the community. Can you tell us a bit more about yourself? When did the depression start? Etc.
Lori
Hello, Welcome
Are you under your GP and having treatment at this time.
Do you know why you feel the way you do

Ask your Dr to check your Vit d ,Serum & active B12,folate,ferritin,iron,MMA,homocysteine levels.Depression, anxiety, brain fog, memory loss ,dementia can all be Vitamin B12 & D deficiency. Watch "Diagnosing & treating Vit b12 "online.or b12awareness.org.Both my hubby (suffering depression )& I were misdiagnosed here in Australia as our serum B12 was in normal range. My husband has peripheral neuropathy due to permanent nerve damage in his spine thanks to delayed treatment.
- was noseying about reading few threads/comments and this one caught my eye... TY for mentioning it, and sorry you and your partner were misdiagnosed...
I've been veggie-to-vegan-y for a while now and been supplementing B12 for long time ((though, didn't realise "sub-lingual" as stated on the Vit bottle means => put pill under tongue and wait for it to dissolve....< !!)) anyhoo hope that's correcting itself now!!
Just wanted to say thanks for the other suggestions will do some Goolge-research on other things you mentioned ✌🏻️
Thought, in turn, I'd mention couple doccos I like,. one is called "Food Matters" and I just cannot rate it highly enough and the other is called "That vitamin movie" < if you google that, there might still be a 'watch for free option/link'
Food Matters trailer > think this is longer trailer youtu.be/RwZY1jaw2EM
thatvitaminmovie.com < intro
Oh just found this trailer too, might resonate with some as speaking more specifically about depression: youtu.be/7K2tqxKf2EE
This illness confines one to isolation, however, I, have faith that you will slowly regain your strength thus enabling you to get back out there .. Patience is needed on the road to healing
Hi. I think it's really important at times like this to know what your goals are. If going outside is important to you, then you should aim to leave the house little by little as you start reclaiming some of your confidence. It's about building an exposure hierarchy: jotting down goals of ascending difficulty. And as you cross off each one, you'll see that you can actually do the things you set your mind to. Depression and anxiety might be with you now, but it cannot stay forever. Best wishes to you
