I've read that some of you use alternative medicines to help you (sometimes in addition to an Rx you might be also taking) ...and I was wondering if any of you have tried a supplement called "Sunny Mood" ?? It has some uncommon homeopathics plus some lesser known herbs. I've been told by a couple of people it helped them quite a bit, and just wondering if any of you have had any success with it (or perhaps some other one) Thanks, everyone. Hope you have a good upcoming week. I truly wish that for ALL of us. We could use that, right? Right!

Has any one tried this supplement?
I would be very interested in this to Betty, as I am unable to take the usual anti depressant meds now as they give me a long qt heart problem. x
Before taking any "vitamins or supplements" you should ask your doc. All meds, whether scripts or OTC interact with whatever you are currently taking ! Your doc should have a complete list of anything you take!
Hello Betty
Before you take any supplements talk to the shop you get it from and then go see your GP. Especially if you are taking any other forms of medication that could cause any contraindications on top of the drugs you are taking
There is a herbal medication used in the treatment of RA the herb acts over the Rx drug and can cause some extreme problems.
Talk to your GP and discuss any fears before taking the supplement. The same applies if the GP prescribes an antidepressant and you are taking this herb mix, so He can make sure there are no real problems in their joint taking
Good Luck

I haven't heard of it. I'm using therapeutic grade essential oils at the moment to help me. Mostly using them in a diffuser, but also on my pulse points and massaging them into my feet at certain reflex points.
