I was suspected of it for a while, but in the end my alleged hypomanic episodes fell short of the required time period for an official diagnosis (if memory serves they have to be three days minimum).

Anywho, feel free to talk to us about anything here, there's always someone about!

Hi.I have been diagnosed bipolar 2. I suffer mainly with depression and the occasional hypomanic episode. After much debate it was decided maybe I have mild bipolar.

Hello a bit late here, after giving birth my wife had PP, then 2 years later she suffered from psychosis and mania again, she has now been diagnosed with Bi Polar type 1. She is 37.
