All antidpressant are hell to come off or start taking that's FACT yes I'm reducing and starting a new antidpressant and going though he'll like you, your not alone it's awful, I just pray to god this new one works !!!! What strengh have you had to reduce down from ?? X

You will need to come of the medication gradually by reducing the original dose.

Your GP should help, by giving smaller doses. Have you approached you GP regards this decision to come of this medication ??.

Hi. You go back to your GP and tell them how your feeling they can always give you something to help you now ( for next few weeks until the meds are out your system ) it. Will just make it bareable for you, I do understand how hard it is my GP gave me diazepam to help me, there are many others just to get you though, also it will be record down on your records, your not alone I'm battling on just like you, so I know how tough it is.

Those kinds of changes are pretty big, why not go from 60 to 50mg and so on? I started on 20mg but decided to only take it every other day for a time. The smaller the dosage change, the more gradual the coming off is, the less likelihood of side effects.
