Hi there I am sorry that you are feeling so bad, You are doing Exams which

Is a big event In your life Exams are very stressful even for those who were

Never touched by Depression

Please try and focus on being kind to yourself and switch off from your

Nagging Mother, it's sad that she cannot support you while you are doing

Your Leaving, so best to ignore her and try to avoid unnecessary conflict

With her, as you being the teen will come out of this the worst.

You are strong to have come so far and in a few years you will be away from

Home and living your own life. Remember that what you are going through

Is temporary .

Is there anyone that you could talk things over with ? A kind Aunt or Uncle

Or friend . Don't bottle things up and even try those Forums that are specially

Geared for teenagers specific problems, there are a lot of those Forums and

That would also help you to feel that you are not alone. Stay strong and I

Wish you the best of luck with your exams

Hi parents can be very difficult can't they? Maybe she just had a bad day and took it out on you. We all do that to those we love sometimes.

Just concentrate on your future when you can get a job and leave home. While it seems forever at the moment that time will pass before you know it and you will be able to make your own decisions and not be reliant on your mother. My mother nagged me to death as well but I managed to escape at 18 by moving to London (the futher away the better).

Are you getting any treatment for your depression? If not you need to. Take care.

Hello

Hello there

You may find your Mother is as uptight about your exams as you are. Try and avoid any flack it just will put both your back up at this very stressful time.

All I can really say is do your best the depression will eventually give way as the exams finish and you get home for the a period of rest and the job of deciding what you want to do when you get your results.

It is no good asking for medications, it is too late and to be honest the blasted things would affect you and the taking of the examination papers and your concentration would not be good, you would also loose the edge we need to pass the Certificates

Soon you will be planning your life as you await your results, then start worrying about the results until they arrive. We all go through the same problems with tests, and exams

Are you from the States, good luck with all, you know where we are If you need support or a chat.
