Dpresstion 2 - finding it very hard at the moment going tho some tuff times and not sure how to cope 😔 so if anyone has ideas please and if u ever need help I am here....stay strong everyone!

Hi I'm same painc to not sure how getting though each day . Plus my son sane did try take life so like you finding hard cope I feel flue all time shakes 24.7 not sure your like that ... numb x

Hi yes depression is a very horrible disease am suffering from last four years

but please don,t give up ever though its a difficult time and u have to fight be

brave and think u r not the only one many people r in the same condition as u

have use your will power try to go outside to meet your friend ,watch movie,read

any interesting book if your concentration level is good if u try God will help u surely

so take care and be strong
