Hi everyone. Hope you are all ok this morning. Im not too bad. Ive decided that it is good to feel just ok as living with depression means we have quite a few bad days and not many really good days. So being just ok is how I like to be.

Why arent there many men on this site.

Have a good day.

David

I'm a man, and yes I tend to agree with you Golfer. Being ok with an "ok" day is a sign you are being positive. I've just had a reminder from what someone said that positive thinking is what its all about. I know that is easier said than done when feeling low but I always try and go for the positives and tell myself that its one step at a time, and try not to look too far ahead. Have a good day, or at least an ok one :)

There is a book I stumbled across recently called 'Chicken Soup for the Soul: Think Positive: 101 Inspirational Stories about Counting Your Blessings and Having a Positive Attitude'

I was feeling particularly low that day and it helped put things into perspective.
