Do people have so much anger that it is a brick - a mountain - in their taking their own movements forward? One wants to make them jump, or to jump oneself.

I know lots of people who let anger stand in the way of getting on with their lives. In many cases, it's anger over things that they have little or no ability to influence, and that's a sad state of affairs.
Yes, if I'm brutally honest. Generally I'm a very laid back person, but I have a lot of unresolved anger over a long-term relationship that broke up about two and a half years ago. Stupid thing is, it's not like I'd want to get back together or anything. And I know that it's ridiculous to still be angry about it, and I wish I wasn't, especially as it is one of those things that I can't do anything about it. But it sits there, refusing to go away.
