I'd suggest searching for 'The National Self-Harm Network', lifesigns.co.uk or, if you don't mind Christian content, adullam-ministries.co.uk. (We're a small group but that's when I realised how many older people harm, and also how having a faith of any kind does NOT stop you from harming). If you want to PM me I have a few bits I've written on it (like 'Older people self-harm, too.) Fortunately there is much more literature out there now than a few years back.
