I’ve had Apple watch but lost it on the boot three years ago. Since then I live without any watch and experience this as the best of all. And free - in every sense.
check out an Oura ring. They're about $300, but give you a lot of info. Transmits to your cellphone so it's easier to read. ouraring.com/product/rings/...
