pain after being circumcised

hi

I got circumcised 5 days ago, now the bottom of the penis below the head all the skin has swelled up like a balloon it’s it’s very sore to touch now, I’m getting very worried that it could be infected, it’s weaping clear fluid from where the stitches are and it’s bleeding at the back a little bit, can somebody please put my mind at rest I’m quiet scared, I’m passing urine fine it’s the swollen bit that u touch and it’s sore I’m worried about

Thats soon after surgery to think it will be all okay, if it starts changing colour or the pain is unbearable contact your Surgeon or seek medical advice but it is normal for swelling, you have to thing its like a major injury - part has been removed but it will get better just give it time.
