Woke up with torso shaking and fast beat.

During the night I woke with just the torso (not arms or legs) shaking. I don't think it was fatigue as that feels different. This was just around the middle mainly and when breathing out incresed slightly (red herring?) It subsided when I got up and then appeared again at low intensity when I got back to bed and sleep. Did not last long. Checked my Blood Sugar and was 4.5 on the Sinocare tester so not that I guess. Not particularly cold measured temp at the time at 36.3.

Just wondered if someone else has this experience. Of course if it happens again will check with Dr.

Anyone? Thanks.
