I got circumcised recently .Now it’s my fifth day after the operation.I have this weird ring shaped lump around my penis head which very big but it seems to go away when I’m erect .What is it and will it heal?

Assuming it equal all the way round then it sounds normal. As time goes on it will become less pronounced.
