Dark Red Spot on my left testicle. Anyone know what it could be?

Hello.

I have a dark red small spot on the left of my testicle and I would like to find out what it could be and if I can cure this. Does anyone have the same problem or know any cream or a solution for this? It is like an expanded blood vessel I think. I hope to hear from you. Thank you so much.

I have one like that right below the penis head. Appeared after slightly excessive jerking / rougher sex and did not go away since a year or two… anybody an idea if it is reason for concern?
