Hello, I'm a 17 years old male and my height is 137 cm (4ft 6in). I've always been really short, but I don't think I'm going to grow much taller and I'd like to do something about it as soon as I can. What should I do?

I would advise you to see a doctor or endocrinologist. You may have hormone issues which may or not be something that can be changed.

Probably not much you can do yourself but Good diet and exercise may help. Health professional may be able to advise. In case you where considering it, pills and potions bought online will NOT work.Good luck

hi there, you will be glad to know that the shorter you are the longer you will live (in general) i have absolutely no idea why (possibly easier on the heart) i wonder if this is why you dont see many really tall old people but care homes are full of likkle old people)
