Hard lumps in groin

I have swollen rubbery lumps in that area marked with later A3 under adductor longus muscle, that is not my picture but i have 2 lumps in the left and right sides of both legs both located in those region. Could these be swollen lymph nodes. I am panicking. Thanks,

That is a possibility and if so that might indicate infection or cancer. It is a priority for you to get this examined and diagnosed

There can be many causes of enlarged lymph nodes. You need a medical assessment.
