It was March when I dislocated my leg and today was my first time actually doing full contact. I had to hold a ruck shield when 3 other players came at me one tackled me and another person helped him push me until he says go down then they guy who said go down clears the ball by pushing me ( did this around 10 minutes) it was at the last minute felt my leg which I dislocated have a stretch. We took a small water break and had a 20 minute full contact match ( btw I'm a number 8) so we did that everything was ok but when I got home had a shower lied down and moved my leg up it was very stiff around the groin. Now I'm not sure if its muscle pain or something else ( I also had this type of knee brace just added strength to my bad leg)
