Very itchy what could it be

Had it for about 2 weeks very itchy top of my legs belly, and arm pit does anyone know what it is?

It could be folliculitis, or possibly scabies , although the latter doesn't usually affect the armpit.

Change ur underwear for a week , apply some body lotion on that area , also change the detergent is being used to wash your underwear . It looks like contact dermatitis , its a rash from something you are wearing

Looks like bug bites. Maybe flees from cat or dog?
