Hi ,
My eye has gone a bit blurry overnight , have just got some eye drops for it now
Am I right in thinking that's it's probably Just an eye infection ?

It could be anything. You should have it checked out.
May not be an infection, start by rinsing with cold water and moving your eyeball around.
look up/down left/right. If no improvement speak to pharmacist or go Dr.
Don't take risk with your eyesight.
