Pain after erection

Hi men’s health, I’ve got a question,

Everynow and then after an erection either sexually active or not, I will get quite a bad pain where I feel like I need to pee, it also tingles a bit in the rectum perhaps near the prostate. When I do pee it does hurt a bit but gets better and then worse again until i urinare again a few times and it passes. it has happened before and after negative test results from the sexual health clinic but it has been more frequent now.

I’ve also noticed the head of my penis becoming even more sensitive which for sex is difficult,

I perhaps thought it could be scar tissue on the ureathra but am now unsure.

Any ideas ?

Thanks
