Question about epididymitis

Hey, I have a query about epididymitis... My symptoms are sometimes when I am aroused or ejaculate I have pain at the back of my left testes.... that is all... no other symptoms.... I have read that bacteria from sti's can cause it... but I have not been diagnosed with an sti and if I have had a vasectomy with a cut and clamped vasdefrens would it even be possible for bacteria to travel through to my epididymis

Hi, I have been suffering from Epididymitis for years. It is not because of STD but due to hernia operation. For me the case is that if I do not unload for a week, I start to feel sharp ache (time to time) and stinging feeling (almost all the time) on my testicle. In worser cases I feel pain while ejaculating, starting from my testicle to lower abdomen.
