Can't pull my for skin back with out it stinging

Hello I'm 16 and I can't seem to pull my for skin backwards without it stinging and it's been going on for about 3-5 days what shall I do because it really hurts and I don't want to tell anyone because I feel quite embarrassed

Did you used to be able to pull your foreskin back previously? Is this a recent issue?

If this is new you should probably consider seeing a Doctor or visiting a health centre. At sixteen I believe you should be able to make your own appointment. You do not need to tell your parents/carer but you really should. When you see the Dr you should be offered a chaperone, if not, ask. This will be a person who may be medically trained or someone who will just be present but take no part in the examination.

If you have never been able to pull back, try stretching exercises as described elsewhere on this site. Take your time, gentle and regular stretching of the foreskin may help.

But do not be embarrassed, medical Professionals have seen it all before, it just another day to them.
