How to take stitches out

So it's been 15 days since circ, wound is healed and the stitches are ready to come out but I'm finding it so hard trying to get the out. They are material stitches? (not ones that absorb). About 3 have already fallen out already, I pulled a few through that had big loops to cut but there's some tiny ones and the bottom and up where my frenulum was but it's making me cringe trying to put scissors towards put my dick. Anybody got any tips?

What did the Hospital say ?

I thought these type of stitches had to be removed by Nurse.

Thank you - got them taken out yesterday by surgeon.
