Hi everyone, it has been five days since I had my circumcision done for phimosis. I have a few concerns below, which I hope the community could help me with.
1) I am terribly concerned about the swollen ring beneath my glands. It hurts/ itches so much whenever I touch it slightly or whenever I get an erection. Other than that, i don't feel anything. Is this normal?
2) I saw that people have been recommending a sea salt wash. Two teaspoons in a mug of warm water. Do I just pour this over the penis to clean it?

I'd leave your piece in there and let it soak - the salt seems to almost drain all the puss out. Soak it for ten mins three times a day then pat dry with a clean towel.
The swelling is usually normal, you need to try and reduce the erections, wear tight pants to reduce movement or use something cold on the area, but not directly on skin.
I would have short salt baths with warm water, give it a gentle 'swish' around.
