I’m an uncircumcised teen and my foreskin can retract fully, no problem there, but the actual glans itself hurts to touch. It just feels really sensitive and I’m looking for some answers to my questions. I can wash it in the shower but it is quite uncomfortable. I have also noticed that my foreskin hasn’t 100% detached yet and I wonder if that could be related. Thanks very much if you actually take the time to help me out.

Painful glans
Your foreskin should naturally detach in time, but you may be able to help it by gently pulling forward away from your body (as if trying to lengthen your penis),
Your sensitivity is unrelated. It will get less with time.
Try using a thick condom for masturbation.
Thanks for replying I might try that idk but thanks anyway
I totally agree, thanks for the info. I will definitely try what you recommended.
1 more thing, can “ballooning” be damaging? I just feel like if I do that it could mess up my urethra or something.
There is a relationship. The solution is retraction. Separation can be helped along with firm tension applied as you pull the skin back. Do not use a fast motion, but do it gently with firmness. Done several times per day, concentration on a small section of the circumference of the opening should cause the adhesion to break. As progress occurs. apply Vaseline to the surfaces to prevent reattachment. As your glans adjusts to being exposed, it will desensitize. Be patient but diligent.
