What part is tight? How old are you? Their are creams for this, and stretching techniques to loosen it, if its a really bad case, a doctor can make a small incision to loosen the foreskin to help stretching. You will need to see your doctor to ask about these things as well, ( if its not that bad of a case then it may not be necessary but its always a good idea to see you gp )

If it’s the frenulum thats tight their is a couple tiny surgeries to help with this as well, but you should try to stretching it first, stretching should always be the first option, ( usually without these small surgeries) but if its really painful then you could get one too loosen the skin to help with stretching, but you will go over all this with your gp anyway.
