My foreskin has almost fully retracted but it hasn’t fully but the areas that have been exposed for a while now are still quite sensitive, not as sensitive as the newly exposed area but still pretty sensitive

It is just a waiting game, the exposed head will be sensitive for quite a while. You could try de-sensitising spray.
