Different smell of urine after circumcision??? is it normal?

Its more likely a change of your diet that it being related to your circumcision. Your penis might smell differently after the op for some time but the urine itself shouldn't and most likely isn't (meaning even if your urine is smelling differently, it is unlikely to be caused by the circumcision itself)

Mine's smelled metallic while I was on my Bactrium antibiotics for 10 days. My inner foreskin that's been swolen during my first 4 weeks, has been smelling very "sugary" and sweet. I've never smelled this scent as an intact penis with phimosis and frenulum breve.

It could be urinary tract infection which needs antibiotics to treat. You should go to a doctor to have this checked because untreated urinary tract infection might cause inflammation of kidneys and other serious problems.
