After a circumcision the penis glans goes through keratinization which makes your glans less sensitive. Ultimately you will last longer before climaxing but ultimately should feel similar sensation or somewhat lower sensitivity wise. If your frenulum was completely removed as well, that will make it even less sensitive but still perfectly functioning and feeling.

I was cut 26 years ago. Had sex before was cut. Was not cut for medical reasons. I just wanted it. My frenulum is also gone.

Sex is as good if not better after got cut.

I experienced both ways and I could not feel a differance. After 26 years is just as good.

The answer is obvious. Most nerve ending which give pleasure are lost to circumcision. Then exposure of the glans causes keritinization, a process in which the covering of the glans thickens, thereby insulating the few nerves there against stimulation. Time causes the loss to increase over time.
