guys i had my op done 8 days ago and it all ok it doesnt hurt at day time but the erections are painfull +after the erections there is some blood around the stiches shound i be concerned ?

One more thing under my frenulum where the stiches are the i some black matter is is old blood? I touch it and it doesnt hurt but i am concerned that it is infected.it doesnt hurt me but i panic + i use vioplex-t spray but as i said i panic about this kind of stuff sonif you have some kind of experience share it pls
