It is not a birth mark, before i didn't have this mark. Because of some injury maybe happened thats why i got this.
Is there anything way can i do to vanish the appearance of this bruise mark.

I might be seeing it wrong, but is that colour black? If so I would go see a dermatologist as soon as possible. I don't mean to alarm you just want to make sure its best for you to got see a doctor as soon as possible.

Go to doctor as soon as possible as it looks the same as a photo of penile cancer
